Instructions for use :

Warm the oil in the palms of the hands. Massage for 5-15 minutes using long strokes along the limbs towards the heart, switching to circular motions over the joints and chest to aid lymphatic drainage. Prepare for sleep or allow the nourishing oils to sink in for 20 minutes before bathing or showering.
