Directions:

Step 1:

Open the package, remove the exfoliating pad, and place it on your heel in the same direction as shown in the picture on the package.

Step 2:

Unfold the protective cloth and wrap it around the exfoliating pad. Attach the stick to secure it in place. When applying the protective cloth, as shown in the picture, the "heel" portion should face the heel. After applying, be sure to wash your hands with warm water.

Step 3:

After 30 minutes, remove the protective cloth and exfoliating pad and wash your feet with warm water.
