Bleach London White Toner neutralises brassy tones and create a pristine icy blonde finish or a first layer for cool, sharp Super Cool Colours on top. The gentle, ammonia-free White Toner works best on pale yellow bleached blonde hair (any type!). If your bleached hair is darker, you'll probably end up with a creamy blonde. The best way to check the colour your hair will go is with a strand test. You must also do a skin sensitivity test before using it .
