Camphor oil has traditionally been used in respiratory diseases and muscle aches. Purdue University notes that it is especially important for traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. It is known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and soothing properties. It is used in massage oils for muscle aches and conditioners for coughs, colds and flu.

Directions For Use:

Sprinkle a few drops onto a handkerchief and inhale the vapour as required or place a few drops in hot (boiling) water and inhale the vapours for 5-10 minute.
