How to Use

Use for perming smaller sections of hair such as fringes, end curls, or the top layer. This kit does not contain enough lotion for a full-head perm. Select perm rods according to your desired curl size, apply the waving lotion as directed, then finish with the foamy neutralizer for secure, long-lasting curls.
